Insurance We are participating providers for various insurances like Aetna, Delta, Cigna, Guardian, United Healthcare, Metlife, United Concordia and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. We also gladly accept any other types of insurances providing that your insurance company allows you to go to an out of network dental provider. Financial We offer you a variety of payment options; from partial payment plans to no interest financing upto 18months, or we also accept most credit cards. We work closely with Care Credit financial company who help us with our patient financial needs. This company offer both interest free and extended monthly payment options. Cancellation If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
